Refund Policy
We'd rather you buy with confidence than worry about getting stuck. Here's exactly how refunds work for each of our offers — no fine print surprises.
The VAP Method (flagship course) — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Go through the course. Try the method. If it's not for you, email support@volumeatprice.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
- After the 14-day window closes, the sale is final.
VAP Method PRO (course + live group coaching)
PRO includes everything in the flagship course plus a live group coaching cohort.
- Before the first live coaching call: you can cancel for a full refund, any time.
- Once the first live call has happened: the sale is final and non-refundable. At that point you've received the cohort's core live value, and we've committed the coaching slot and preparation time to you and your cohort.
If you're unsure whether PRO is right for you, you can always start with the standalone course (refundable under the 14-day policy above) and upgrade later.
1-on-1 Coaching
1-on-1 coaching is application-only and scarcity-limited, which means we turn away other applicants to reserve your slot.
- Before your first session: full refund if you cancel or if we determine it's not a good fit.
- After your first session has taken place: non-refundable. Coaching is a time-and-expertise-based service — once delivered, it can't be "returned."
How to Request a Refund
Email support@volumeatprice.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds promptly.
A Few Notes
- Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Stripe) to the original payment method used.
- This policy applies to individual course, PRO, and coaching purchases. It does not cover any future recurring membership products (like VAP Insider), which — if and when launched — will have their own clearly stated cancellation terms.
- We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or a request made after substantial completion of course content combined with a chargeback).
- This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside it.
